Threatre and workshop - Bread Days
Theater & dance

Rato Carcaça is running around through the city, starving, but finds nothing to eat… when who should appear but Quixote the Miller. He has a secret plan… travel back in time.
He’ll have an adventure in one of those mills where the wind sings and turns the grain into flour… and there, nobody will go hungry! But in today’s world?
Let’s try to understand what’s going on in our own days. What grains are there? What cereals are they? How do we eat them? But not everybody has food… what can we do?
Created by Ângela Ribeiro and Centro de Arqueologia de Almada (CAA – the Almada Archaeology Centre) Writing, scenery, and acting by Ângela Ribeiro - CAA workshop
